How to read
The four top KPIs present aggregate market size in direct premium, average loss ratio weighted by earned premium, the line with largest individual premium, and average concentration (mean CR4 of top-4 economic groups per line). Delta vs prior year appears when applicable, and the sparkline shows five-year trend when history is available.
The map shows loss ratio by state for the selected line, with 0.3 to 1.0 scale. Rankings on the right show top 6 states by absolute premium and top 6 lines by CR4 concentration. The bottom heatmap crosses the 12 largest states with the 10 study lines, allowing identification of state × line pairs with anomalously high loss ratio.
